“We bought the nest router with 2 points. Set up the router and one point, works just fine. However, the 2nd point has no QR code or 8-digit code on the bottom to activate it. Also no Ethernet port to manually get the code online. What do we do now?”

• Contact nest wifi google support, they know which router is paired with which 2 points

• Each Nest Wifi device should have it's unique QR code or a setup key printed on a label on the bottom of the device. Since both QR code and setup key is not showing on your Nest Wifi point, we recommend contacting our support so we can assist you with your device.
