Does this work with Optimum. We currently have aN Optimum WiFi router. Do we replace it with the nest one? Also, we have WiFi security cameras, will they work with this? null

Yes this will work with any internet service. Simply unplug the Ethernet cable from your old Optimum router into the Nest router. And yes, the security cameras will connect without issues. I’ve got seven total Nest security cams and the connection is immaculate.
