• Nest Wifi is compatible with most modems and internet service provider (ISP), including T-Mobile Internet Gateway. You need to connect Nest Wifi directly to your modem to get internet connection using the Ethernet cable to set it up and broadcast your Wi-Fi network. Keep in mind that the Nest Wifi will create it's own separate network (own SSID and password). • If there is a hard-wire feature, then you should be able to. The first router needs to be hard-wired to the modem, which is your gateway. It would change your Wi-Fi connection though, so you'd have to reconnect everything to the Nest system.
