• Purchasing a Netflix gift card through Best Buy does in no way access your account. If you buy a Netflix gift card through Best Buy and give it to someone else, it has no affiliation with your account at all.

• If I am understanding you correctly Cheryl, you are trying to purchase it, but give it as a gift? In that case, yes. You buy from BBY in store or online and you get a physical card OR a digital code. You then give them the physical card OR redeem the digital code you will be emailed at the email on file for yourself with BBY and then redeem at their house. Hope this helps.
