• It works GREAT with my Comcast cable service. It's very easy to install. With Comcast (XFINITY) service; it pretty much configures itself.

• Not hard at all. I had the thing Comcast gave me and I gave it back and set this one up. The set up was the same as the one Comcast gave me. The only difference is that this is only a modem so no WiFi but I have a WiFi router I hook up to it.

• Nope just follow your instructions and it should connect to your Comcast service without you having to call anyone. You just need to input your account info for Comcast so it can locate your account and that should be it.

• The Comcast technician hooked it up for us and called Comcast to get the modem set up.

• very easy. power everything off, plug it in, power everything on. call Comcast they will most likely need to setup the MAC address in their system. (the information is on the box)
