“My Comcast Business lists my speeds at 75/15...I stream TV (2 at a time) and have 10 other devices that use wifi (iPads, phones, etc)...will the speeds this Cable Modem have handle my needs? My Router will be a Nighthawk AX8 - I do not game.”

It should handle it just fine. My cable company has some issues so I do not get all the down load upload speeds they predict I should. But it is a inexpensive no thrills modem. Just need to call the cable company to give them the MAC Address.
