• I imagine all modems are compatible with all routers if they're both manufactured within the last decade or so. The only connection required between the modem and a router is a single, standard Ethernet (LAN) cable.

• Yes. I am currently using this modem with the Netgear AC1600 R6250 router, and they are working flawlessly with each other.
