Yes, it wil.

I replaced my Comcast modem and it works perfectly. This unit does not have WiFi so you will need to attach a WiFi router.

It has one Ethernet port so I have a Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router attached.

To the router I have attached OOMA for VOIP.

It all works great.

This will replace the comcast modem, but it will not replace their gateway router.
This is a modem only, no wifi, and it will not support voice phone. To get wifi you will have to use a separate wireless router.
