“I plug the internet source into spot 1, and then an ethernet cord into 1 pc and then another, the second one always says “Unidentified Network No internet” the first pc is plugged into spot 3 while the internet source is plugged into spot one. HELP!”

Yes plug ethernet cord into 1st spot from from internet sourse / then computer / other items in other spots/ works for me/ read the instruction manual if you still have it, not tech savvy here just do it myself kinda person.

To connect internet to your computers, make sure each computer is connected to the switch box using an Ethernet cable. You have 4 ports to do that. Therefore, you can connect up to 4 devices. Make sure the switch box is powered using the included AC adapter
