It is NOT 30 watts per port. That is the max wattage a SINGLE port can deliver. This Netgear has a total power budget of 60 watts with the stock power supply. That's the maximum you can use across all ports. You can upgrade the total power budget to 90 watts or 130 watts with a different PSU module sold by Netgear. So technically if two of the ports use 30 watts each, you'll be maxed out with the stock power supply.

It is upgradeable to either 90W or 130W with a new power supply, item numbers avaiable on Netgears website. Maximum piwer per port is 30W and the available power is prioritized based on port number from 1-8.
