• No wall mount hardware. I use Velcro or straps if it’s a tight space. Otherwise a shelf.

• No, just use two screw with wide heads and mount basically anywhere as long as power and the Ethernet cable supply tone reaches it.

• There are slide holes on the back for standard screws but doesn’t include the screws or mollys

• If I remember correctly, It has slots on the back to hang on screws. I did not use it. I found a flat plate (hardware store) and used double sided tape to adhere the plate to the back of the switch.
