• when I installed it to my sisters computer it was working great for one week then it was dropping the connection and then we called her internet provider,and it was her internet provider that was causing the problem they slowed her internet so slow that she could not use it , she used her internet service up in one week and had to go the rest of the month basically without full service, that was unacceptable so she dropped her satellite service provider and went to hughes net and she has not had service interruption since, my thought to you is to check your provider they could be causing the problem like we had,, good luck
