You will probably have to get a Wi-Fi extender, net gear makes one and it works I had to do that to extend the range to cover the entire house.

Number & type of walls and/or floors for the signal to penetrate may reduce signal at the far end. For comparison, I have a Nighthawk R7000 on the 2nd floor of my house and it handles data horizontally for 40 feet (3 walls) with no problem. It also reaches vertically to the basement/den. BUT it cannot handle the full diagonal path too well (#floors+walls), so I bought a router extender for the 1st floor (middle of the house), just to be sure I always have a good signal. The signal to the OUTSIDE goes farther, but I haven't tested it for specifics. The R6220 has similar specs, but I haven't tested it for full distance as it isn't needed in my application.
