Same thing happened to me. You need to disable your computers internal wi-fi. I think it is under device manager.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS on the box indicate Windows 7, 8, XP & Vista compatible, but NOT Windows 10. Went back to Best Buy store. Geek Squad guy found on line Netgear upgrade, and successfully installed software on my laptop. Has been working great ever since. Geek Squad service for 3 years was the best purchase this 73 year old senior citizen could have made when purchasing my new HP laptop in December 2015.

Please try again later.If the disk did not work - if you have another internet connection on another device you can try downloading the drivers from the website and saving to a USB and then bringing the drivers over to your PC to install instead of using the disk. There may also be newer drivers than what is on the cd.
