Wireless AC (which is what this device is compatible with) can span up to 230 feet. However, the router has to be AC also, if not, then the USB wifi adapter will drop down to either N (also 230 ft max) or G (170 ft max). Note that lots of things can affect the maximum range, if the 150 feet is clear of any obstructions (specially anything metal), then it is probably OK. But the more obstructions between your device and the router, the more likely it will affect the range. So make sure the router is at least wireless N (preferably it should be AC) and you should have a good shot at being able to stream.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the router at the house. MOST routers at that distance would have issues. Some, the cost 500 bucks, might be able to pull it off if it has beam forming. Still, at that distance...eh... 50-50.

Please try again later.150 is pretty far. the one i have connected is about 50 feet from my router in my house and has full strengh most of the time but i have alot of electronics that might be interfering at times. i believe it will work well in ur situation. give it a try. if its not to ur satisfaction u can always take it back and tell them it didnt work as well at u wanted and im sure the will work with u
