Do you have other wireless devices in the home? Maybe getting interference from other electronic devices even from the neighbors. If you have a cordless phone in the home operating on the 2.4ghz it could be interferring also. I recommend going into wireless setup and change the channel it is operating on. Typically the wireless channel is set to auto. If it is try channel 11, 6, or 7 and see if that helps. Not sure what best channel is for 5g band, sorry... Good Luck!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i had random stuff like that happening to me and then purchased new modem and router which I probably didn't need and it still happened. ended up being very tiny rust spots on the outside cable connection coming into the house. Comcast replaced the connection and haven't had any problems since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried moving the device that has its signal dropped. I found that to be a problem. It appears to me the faster routers have less signal distance. Try an extender or as i did, cascade an old router but you'll have to get a wired signal to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try updating the firmware to the latest build and if that doesn't work try a factory reset. If neither work then contact Netgear support (assuming you're still under warranty).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our router started doing this and then the wireless stopped working altogether. Our router was about 3 yrs old.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Relocate the router away from any metal and especially any copper pipes. Romeo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If there is no other variable, Sounds like router radio dying, however before tossing if it is in a hot area (enclosed space etc) possible that some thermal issue is occurring, if it is in regular room temperature say less than 95F/35C.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that your rotter is up high and away from any other items that could interfere with the wireless signal. Did you try rebooting the rotter? this might help. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem with my old router. Once I purchased this router, the problem has been solved. Have you purchased this router and are still having the problem, or are you thinking of buying this router because of the problem? If you are using an older router, buying this router should solve the problem. If you already bought the router and are having the problem, I can't help, as I have had no trouble with this router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
