That would not be the issue -- the issue is to setup the WiFi Extender means you need access to the original WiFi Router to grant access rights to the Extender. If you know the "someone" whose WiFi you are using, you can have them help you setup the Extended to "boost" the signal to your location. If you don't know this "someone" - then, well -- that's an ethical question.
