You probably connected it right. But this product is garbage. It cut my internet speed down to less than half.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would go into the control interface that you used for the original setup. Check your signal strength back to your main router. If the signal strength is too low from the main router the repeater may be dropping connection. Also be sure you used a very strong password and original network name to be sure no one else is hijacking your connection. GOOD LUCK!
