“I have a wireless printer and a Bose WiFi speaker that work great. I then added the netgear WiFi extender and now my printer and speaker are no longer connected. I unplug the extender and the printer and speaker work great. What gives?”

Make sure both devices are on the extended network. If they still are not speaking remove completely and turn them off. Then unplug the extender, then the router. After 15 min, turn the router back on. Next plug the extender back in and then the devices. Make sure all updates are downloaded.
