You're problem won't be solved by any wifi range extender that YOU buy. If you are too far away to pick up the camp's WiFi, so will the range extender be too far away if it is in your RV. The camp ground would have to install range extenders around the camp.

Then they bounce the signal further so others that are not in range could be in range of the extender’s signal. But if they camp ground owners set up an extender to increase the range of their router signal, then yes, you may get the signal. But that is something the campground owners need to setup. In short, the extender needs to be setup in between your device and the campgrounds router. As long as the combined distances for each device adds up to the distance you are away from the router itself. I hope this helps.
