I think so. I bought this because with three laptops, two smart TV's streaming and my son gaming I would sometimes lose WiFi connection now that I'm forced to work from home. Our house is 2-story and over 2000 sq ft with my motem/router upstairs in the center of the house. Since installing I haven't lost connection or my TV downstairs isn't left spinning trying to acquire the wifi signal.
