• Not sure. I have conflicting information from my provider, Cox. I have same issues. One tech told me to get it and the one yesterday had me take it out. One issue that he saw was the router being placed next to a safe. It blocks the WiFi. Get someone to evaluate your system and the extender may work for you. It’s hard to get straight talk from these providers. So try a few things to get a solution
