• Yes u can set up only one camera to record on motion and the others on a schedule or however u want it. Also u can set one to detect motion and have the rest record also

• Motion detection will be on forneach camera. You can lower the cameras you dont want motion detection for to 1% and one you want to use to 100%. If you need just one camera i suggest getting the 1 pack system instead of the 4 pack. This system only records when motion is triggered. It doesnt record all the time, so lowering the motion detection defeats the purpose of having the system unless this is a high motion area.
