• Yes there are 123a rechargeable batteries available. A quick search on Amazon brings up several options. I personally don't use rechargeable batteries. But I've heard of other users who have.

• No, this system does not operate on rechargeable batteries.

• Each camera needs 4 CR 123/123A batteries and yes you can rechargeable ones.
