“How bright are the 12 IR LEDs Do you get the red glow in the dark from these cameras? They will be used to monitor a family member that is prone to hurt themselves and want to see how visible they are in the dark.”

You can see the LEDs when they are on, but they are not bright enough to light anything up in visible light.
