• Yes. There is not an installed application to worry about, it's all web browser based and works with IE and Chrome fine on my Windows 10 computer.

• Yes it will. You will have to go to arlo.com website and log in to your account to see the camera streams. Your account will be set up after you bring your base station online. The system walks you through the setup.

• You connect to a web page to view your videos. It doenst matter what computer you use. Windows 10.. is fine
