I have mounted to outside front and rear doors of house with double stick mounting tape. Had held now past 8 months.

Yes and no. If you want it secured on the wall, using the screws that were included would be the best bet. You can also attach it to the wall surface via double sided 3M tape. I wouldn't recommend the latter. As far as the video size for storage I can not answer that.

You can use double sided tape to mount the magnetic camera mount. I have used the largest size of those 3M Command strips that remove easily from any surface when you want to move the camera somewhere else. Works well.

It requires 1 screw. They only record when motion is detected of if you manually hit record through the app. It will record up to 1gb of data for free.
