No. Docsis is for Coaxial cable routers. This one uses Ethernet only.

This is not a DOCSYS Modem. It does not connect directly to a cable company connection. That requires a modem to connect to the cable/fiber. The takes the output from the modem and provides a firewall between the modem and your home network. However, most DOCSYS modems have routers built into them, so adding a separate router is unnecessary.
