• I paired this with the CM700 which is only DOCSIS 3.0, works great.

• If you get that cable then it should work fine. I think the reason the power wasn't working is the HDMI didn't port over right to the drive. So just change out the RAM and you should be all set. Just remember also to make sure the SATA is set to remote mode in order to get the best performance.
