• It does and the button is located on the back of the unit. Easy to see and press.

• There are buttons for WPS connection and to turn the wi-fi radios on and off on the front and a power button on the back. I think you would need to power cycle the whole unit if it got slow or stopped working. The wi-fi radio button probably wouldn't do what you want.
