I am no mac user but i do know that it is a hardware issue or settings issue. so login into the router and check what speed port 2 is set in.

port 2 functions but prefers to stay on main port and my HP printer will only accept one address for some reason, so if I need to copy or fax something, I have to make sure that I'm using the main port, otherwise the printer won't work.
