When you and usually set it up plug it into an outlet near your rafter give it some time to make the connection. Then use the WPS button on your router to sync it. Then you can take it near the location that you need to use your computer from plug it in and give it time for all the green lights to light uP.And open up your computers Internet and network settings and select your network with the EXT beside it and connect
