• this device is to connect a pc to a wifi router, are you trying to connect it directly to you bluray player via Ad-hoc?

• I don't know. I have an Android tablet & once had Samsung tablet that worked fine with the Net-Gear wi-fi. Try it & if it doesn't work, I bet Best Buy will take it back. Try asking the Samsung rep in a store what they think!
