• It can but... Streaming problems vary widely from application to application IE what’s your cable plan giving you for UPload & Download speeds? Do you have upgraded Ethernet cords cat7 or better yet cat8? The list goes on.. Is your Router up to date to match this 3.1 Modem? your modems ONLY the bottleneck IF you’re replacing an older 3.0 modem & everything else is upgraded to match it.. etc etc

• Had it for 2 months now and yes it does help so far.. now i do have spectrum gigabyte service though. Since i got it no lag,buffer,or disconnects.hope this helps..i love it so far.
