“I am using this as an access point,somehow it is not letting me use the nighthawk app or the Netgear genie. I even reset and it still said router cannot be found, the app does not support your router. Please help!”

• My advice would be to contact netgear support! Setup is done through your current router for the access point setup. Contact support and they will help you figure it out.

• Read the instructions paper. It comes with an web address that you go to to customize the settings the way you want. It is definitely NOT user friendly.
