“Can’t figure out why this router won’t connect to my provider which is coz. It’s cable and internet on same line with a splitter white cable. For some reason it’s not connecting with it? I’ve reset the router and still won’t connect. Any help.”

Did you register the router with your cable company? They have to activate your account with the MAC address of the router.
