“Can’t figure out why this router won’t connect to my provider which is coz. It’s cable and internet on same line with a splitter white cable. For some reason it’s not connecting with it? I’ve reset the router and still won’t connect. Any help.”

• Did you register the router with your cable company? They have to activate your account with the MAC address of the router.
