Purchase a premium subscription. First, press the sync button on the satellite and main router several times. Or, on your own check the router internal performance, use router login.net to get in. You probably just need to unplug the main router, let it sit for a couple of minutes then plug it back in and see what you get. I had to reboot my system like that several times to get it to sync.
