the fiber line into your house will be to a modem you can plug any normal household network device too so yes this will work. The speed limitation will be then on the medium you use. Wi-Fi will typically cap out at 250 mb/s and will get slower the more threads or the farther away you get. There likely won't be a noticeable speed difference between this and the google mesh wifi. For best speeds (cap at 1000 mb/s) you should use wired connections to capitalize on the fiber connection.
