You can't. You must purchase a modem that has a phone jack authorized by Comcast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, This modem does not support analog or digital connecting of phone jacks with the Comcast service. The only modem that does work is a wireless gateway from Comcast. I would recommend if using this modem, you switch to a VOIP service, instead of analog or digital and the phone jacks will not be required. Everything can work off of an Ethernet connection or if there is none, run a powerline AC1200 adapter from the Ethernet port of the modem, and 2nd powerline adapter at the point of where the VOIP phone will be used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is only for cable internet service, no phone service. If you have a complete package from comcast, then the only route is getting their modem. Since phone and internet uses comcast modems and only provided from comcast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This cable modem only has one output, an internet jack. If you want to connect more than one computer, you need to add a router to this modem. Routers can have multiple jacks, wifi broadcast, etc. But for phone service you need another device to create the phone line. If you already had internet phone, that should plug into the router. If you had phone service through your Comcast, you will have to check with them to see if you can hook up the old device to a new modem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need a VOIP phone adapter box that plugs into a router in between the modem and your phone. Check out OBi200 1-Port VoIP Phone Adapter with Google Voice and Fax Support for Home and SOHO Phone Service
