“This does not seem to be on Spectrum’s approved list of cable modems. Has anyone had any issues when letting them know you have a new modem and need to authorize it?”

• I have Spectrum 400 megabytes per second works great all I had to do is call give the guy my Mac address which is on the box or on the bottom of the modem and he connected me within 5 minutes

• I just spent an hour on the phone with Spectrum and they tried everything to get it to work and could not do it. The modem wouldn't even communicate back to them.

• This modem is fine for Spectrum. It can handle up to gigabyte speeds.
