• Pretty much any router will work. You do not need a router/modem combo as this is the modem.

• You can use any router, I personally would suggest the ASUS ax3000 though if you’re kind of on a budget. This router supports a pretty wide range along with the new WiFi 6 standards and has compatibility as an ai mesh. Ai mesh allows one to use another ai mesh compatible router to extend the range thus keeping it out of a landfill. Bottom line, any router will work with the modem, go with what feels right for your budget.
