It will if you already have an AT&T device. I switched to this device and it worked fine for abut 2 years until AT&T discovered I had switched to this device. It is not an AT&T approved device. I am now canceling my my account with AT&T. IF I can quit being transferred in a circle!! AT&T sucks!
