• There are a few factors to consider. What is the distance you are needing? How many walls and what type of walls are they?

• We haven't set up our netgear 2200 yet, but we have a 1900 up & running, it boost the signal pretty good & it's a good distance from the router, but we are on one level so I'm not too sure about stairs...
