• Yes, I use it with cox and their 100 mbps but it doesn't seem to help speed.

• Yes, if you have your own cable modem from COX or if you buy a cable modem at Best Buy. You will need to supply this router with an Ethernet cable input coming from a modem, it does not have a screw in COAX cable connection.

• Yes, but you need a cable modem to connect to the coaxial cable that comes out of your wall. Then run an Ethernet cable from the cable modem to the router, and you're done.
