• This device is not dependent on Windows 10 to operate. The router will feed its traffic to any computer that is on the network. That includes Windows, Mac or Linux etc.

• Yes. It routes internet via ethernet cable and wifi connection to any devices that are compatible. Any computer with any operating system that has wifi or ethernet connection capability will be able to get the signal. Use setup instructions in package.
