As long as you have a compatible xfinity modem, yes.

I don't know anything about Xfinity. I'm using mine for dish anywhere, disney plus, Amazon video, Netflix, & CBS all access. I am also using it for my network phone system. I have high speed internet and I have had no issues with buffering. One thing to note about this router you have quite a bit control over bandwidth usage. You can limit internet speed on individual devices and can set time limits for xboxes or other gaming devices. Impressed with this one.

Yes. It will work with any provider as the router/wireless access point. It is not a modem though, so it will not replace the xfinity modem
