• It is possible if you use a PoE injector when coming out of the Orbi. This small device adds power to the otherwise PoE-less Orbi.

• I would suggest that you connect this system to a networks switch that is fully capable of supporting POE. Since the netgear Orbi only offers 4 ports and may not be able to best support the PoE needs for your devices, this is why I suggest connecting the ORBI to a NetGear switch that specifically calls out support for PoE.
