Yes, just have a satellite upstairs. I have similar 2 story 4000 sqft brick home. Running the 850 with 2 satellites tied to a nighthawk cm1200 3.1 router. The modem and main router are downstairs. Coverage is great into my daughters room far back corner of the upstairs. I have a satellite upstairs though)
