“I currently have spectrum internet. I have a rented modem and router from them. I am having issues with connectivity in my “she-shed” that is about 50 ft from house... about 75 ft from where the current modem and router are. Willl this help?”

That might be pretty far. Maybe try the outdoor modem by Orbi. You can always return it.
