Check the connection on the non lit satellite and click the sync button on the back of the main unit and then click the sync button on the dark satellite. It takes a good 5 min to sync the system. It will go through the color sequence and should go dark when it's done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s because It’s still trying to lock onto a signal. Once it locks on the signal the light will turn off. Also the main unit may be too far from it. The buffering is due to the weak signal.
